Kiprah Eks Dirtipidnarkoba Bareskrim dalam Ungkap Kasus Narkoba, Berujung Naik Pangkat Menjadi Irjen

Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo recently promoted 38 mid-level and senior officers within the Indonesian National Police (Polri). The promotions, to the ranks of Commissioner General (Komjen), Inspector General (Irjen), and Brigadier General (Brigjen), were announced through Telegram Letter Number STR/818/III/KEP./2025 dated March 27, 2025. The promotion ceremony, known as Korps Raport, took place at the Polri Headquarters on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

Highlight Promotion - Irjen Mukti Juharsa:

Among those promoted was Brigadier General Mukti Juharsa, who ascended to the rank of Inspector General. Mukti Juharsa received a 2-star job promotion as Widyaiswara Kepolisian Utama Tingkat 1 Sespim Lemdiklat Polri in March 2025. Prior to this promotion, he served as the Director of Drug Crime (Dirtipidnarkoba) at Bareskrim Polri.

Notable Achievements:

• In September 2023, Mukti Juharsa led an operation, codenamed “Escobar,” which dismantled a drug trafficking network linked to Fredy Pratama across 14 provinces in Indonesia. Despite Fredy Pratama remaining at large, several individuals involved in his network, such as social media influencer Adelia and others, were apprehended.

• Mukti’s team, up to May 2024, seized assets worth Rp 432.20 billion associated with the Fredy Pratama network and designated 60 individuals as suspects in the case.

• Additionally, Mukti Juharsa uncovered money laundering activities related to drug trafficking, leading to the arrest of individuals like Catur Adi Prianto, the Director of Persiba Balikpapan football club. Luxury vehicles and significant amounts of money were seized in the operation.

• Other major busts included the dismantling of a clandestine lab designated “Hydra Network” in Bali in May 2024 and the apprehension of the mastermind, Roman Nazarenco.

• In Jambi, Mukti’s team exposed the “HDK siblings” drug trafficking ring, seizing kilograms of methamphetamine and arresting several individuals involved in the network.

The series of successful operations under Mukti Juharsa’s leadership showcased Polri’s commitment to combating drug crimes and syndicates, despite ongoing challenges such as the fugitive status of kingpins like Fredy Pratama.
